Marijuana “Tolerance” Laws On The Move – Are The Feds Taking A More Relaxed Stance?

Could it be that the relaxing effects of marijuana are drifting about the continent, and finally permeating the thick walls (and heads) in Washinton? We still have a long way to go, but it looks like the Feds may be poised to accept that a consenting adult can consume cannabis if they see fit. Kudos! Read the LA Times article here.
